What could be more cool than to share your passion with the greatest number, to testify of a particular adventure or simply to present your beautiful machine and oneself. This is actually the purpose of this website, I share my passion for custom, motorcycle in general and I offer to those who desire a space to do the same...

RIDE FOR AUTISM - SYLVAIN LAMBERT
Why this association ?
Created in 2018, its purpose is to privatize recreational facilities, such as parks, cinemas, games rooms and many others. for autistic children and their families. Living this "handicap" everyday with my little boy, I know perfectly the difficulties related to the interaction with other non autistic children and the emotions that our children can express.
This is the reason to privatize these places of leisure, so that our children can enjoy a maximum of leisure like all children their age, by removing the apprehensions and anxieties of the parents or guide on the negative reactions and interactions, more, these days are absolutely free for participants.
It must be realized that in France these children, like parents, are the forgotten ones of the French State. France is 30 years behind the care of the countries around it. Since we could not do much at our research or support level, we decided to give ourselves the means to offer these children and their parents joy for a day. We hope to raise enough funds to organize 3 or 4 privatized days per year. To do this, the association organizes a great day of animation, celebration and a superb raffle to raise these funds.
I invite you to discover our pages and especially to share them, a big thank you in advance :
Edito from gilles :
I stumbled on the page of Sylvain according to my research on facebook. She directly challenged me, thanks to Swann, the autistic son of my friends Marcos and Alex. I was very touched and admired by their story, their family, their 3 boys, (Swann to 2 older brothers who are not autistic).
As the Facebook page does not explain too much of "what's the reason for it", I made contact with its author, Sylvain Lambert, a biker too (he is this boy ;-). We met in Pontarlier at the Café de la Poste, talked about everything and especially about Ride for Autism. I was tipped to hear of the lack of help and / or support, the status of disabled person pure and simple, that autistic children and their families "benefit", if I may say, in France. The basic slogan is really "get off with your kid" ! Ashamed !
So Sylvain adapted an idea that has existed for a long time in the US, Ride for Autism (several thousand members). Join the cause of autistic children bikers and bikers of France, organize a ride with all the necessary security and authorizations, an afternoon dedicated to families and children with autism with entertainment, workshops, games (and not least! is even heavy ! ) And a beautiful raffle with something like a cactus or a kitchen towel...say a bike (used but in perfect condition and very beautiful), a day of driving on Formula 3 and many more prices !
So I suggested to Sylvain to appear on this site, even to build a website for the association, to host it on my server, for free...that will be my small contribution to the association Ride for Autism.
I am of course registered for the day of Sunday, June 9, it goes to Amancey, it is 1:30 of Yverdon taking the beautiful departmental roads. You must register for the ride and the lunch of bikers (limited to 250 motorbikes ! ). So here is a Doodle registration to go together if you feel like it, you will have a nice day, you will see beautiful bikes, hundreds of bikers and passengers, and even a concert in the early evening. I will advise Sylvain for registration. You can also register and go to your side, we will meet there.

I am a biker since 1989. I drove different motorcycles like a Honda 750 VFR, Yamaha 500XT big mono 4 times, Honda 650 Silver Wing, then in 2006 I am victim of an accident, struck by the back on highway. The bike is a wreck, the driver pretty damaged but still there and with so much passion! In 2013, I opt for a custom, a used Yamaha 1300 XVS, as new and very well equipped. One Sunday, my friend Yvan invites us, my wife and I, to a motorcycle ballad with his club Victory Rider France (now Victory Indian Rider France). And it's THE revelation "Victory Motorcycles". From the Hammer S to the Vision to the Vegas and other models, all more attractive than each other and the melodious sounds of big custom Made Made in USA.
It was in June 2013, in July I sold the XVS and in August 2014 the Victory Vision was in the garage, after having been looking for it in the south, in Toulon. The Vision is a ship of the road, comfort with heated grips and saddles, exceptional stability, good handling, a great low-end torque and a line that can not be found anywhere else. The only downside is that in the Paris traffic, handling at low speed is difficult with its 430 kg in working order. In addition, after some electrical concerns, (I think hidden by the particular seller), which earned me 3 batteries in one year and a tow after I found myself planted, returning from Punta Bagna, at the top of the Col de the Iron Cross with my wife, at 23h. End of the journey by train. Back in Paris I decided to change.
After recovering the Vision at the friendly dealer in Annecy, I went to mine in Paris : "you tell me how much to help you, I buy you a new Octane with several options!" Ten days later I deposited the Vision and left with the Octane.
Octane ; a motorcycle player, tame, nice, powerful, very handy with a superb line, both aggressive but with class. I bring him some aesthetic changes and "amenities" and it's purring with a magical sound. Equipped, it's a real pleasure to two. As it must be found a fault, the capacity of its tank is a bit fair when you make great trips with friends. Moreover, it is rather economical while driving quietly and turns out to be a real tigress when at the toll we start full throttle to deposit an Audi or a Porsche in "DA" mode.
This bike makes me vibrate, I have banana every time I look at it. When I climb on it and I start, always full equipped, I have a thought for my children, my wife and my grandson. They are my guardian angels who tell me : no imprudence, we love you.
For me the bike is above all freedom, respect, mutual help between bikers, the pleasure of driving, to discover the country. To feel good, simply, alone, with my wife or friends.
